Saigon International Terminals Vietnam (SITV) is a member of Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH), a subsidiary of the multinational conglomerate CK Hutchison Holdings (KH), is the world’s leading port investor, developer and operator.  The HPH network of port operations comprises 320 berths in 49 ports, spanning 26 countries throughout Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australasia. Over the years, HPH has expanded internationally into other logistics, transportation-related and hotel businesses. These include cruise ship terminals, airport and hotel operations, distribution centres, rail services, and ship repair facilities. In 2011, the HPH port network handled a combined throughput of 75.1 million TEU worldwide.

SITV was granted the concession on 08 February 2007 to develop a 33.7 hectare container terminal including three berths along 730 meters of quay at Thi Vai – Cai Mep area in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The Terminal is able to receive the vessels with tonnage up to 80.000 DWT. SITV is a deep-water port and located on the South-East coast about 75 kilometers away from Ho Chi Minh City.

Set up and manage the KPIs for Procurement Section; Monitor the contracts to ensure the updating and renewal on time basis; Periodically conduct the evaluation of vendor’s performance; To find the best supplier with effective methods for saving purchasing cost; Ensure the available sufficient suppliers for effective procurement activity. Ensure the high performance of Procurement Team with integrity and transparence.

The most importance is to ensure the procurement activities to meet the operations need on time basis.

Job Requirment
  • Female.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade or relevant field.

  • Minimum 04 years’ experience in purchasing field

  • Good computer and English skills.

  • Presentation Skills

  • Negotiation Skill

  • Communication and problem solving skills
